Last updated September 18, 2026. This page explains how Wexi Health Inc. handles personal information and health-related information in connection with online weight-care services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including account details, contact information, checkout and shipping information, questionnaire answers, care messages, uploaded attachments, payment identifiers, and support requests.
Health information
Questionnaire answers, clinical measurements, contraindication responses, allergy information, medication history, and clinician messages are treated as sensitive health information. We use this information to support clinical review, pharmacy coordination, patient support, safety monitoring, and required records.
Payment information
Card details are handled by our payment processor. Wexi stores payment intent identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, and related transaction records, but does not store full card numbers.
Sharing
We share information only where needed to provide care, process payment, operate the service, meet legal obligations, protect patient safety, or respond to your requests. Prescriptions, when approved, are dispensed by licensed Canadian pharmacy partners who need relevant order and clinical information to fulfill their role.
Website analytics
We use self-hosted Umami at analytics.wexi.com to count visits and actions such as signing in, saving a card, and submitting an intake. Our Umami events do not include your name, email, account identifiers, questionnaire answers, messages, card details, or URL query parameters. Browser and network information is necessarily processed when your browser connects to our analytics server.
We use sampled session recordings to understand website navigation and usability. Public information, such as pricing and page headings, can remain readable. Inputs are masked, and forms, payment widgets, and private patient-content sections are blocked from replay, including questionnaire answers, care messages, and account details. Private pages also have page-wide text masking; recordings can include their surrounding navigation. Pages with URL parameters or fragments are excluded. You can disable Umami analytics and recordings below. We also respect existing recording opt-outs, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. These preferences do not change other services or necessary care records.
Retention
We retain records for as long as needed for care delivery, legal, regulatory, tax, audit, security, and dispute-resolution purposes. Medical and pharmacy records may need to be retained even after an account is closed.
Your choices
You may contact [email protected] to request access, correction, export, or deletion where available. Some information may be retained where required by law, clinical-record rules, pharmacy obligations, or fraud-prevention requirements.
